Automated Power Transfer for Chemical Plant:

To assure continuous power for chemical production, ZeroTech devised an Automatic Transfer Scheme to switch to an alternate power feed in the event of failure.  ZeroTech performed a complete scheme check, as well as testing and commissioning of the 35.4. Gas-Insulated switchgear involved.   No manual switching required -- system restoration is automatic.

Customer: Siemens Ltd, Saudi Arabia

End User: Chemanol Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Upgraded Power Control HMI at Cement Plant:

To revamp the plant's visualization capabilities, ZeroTech engineered and commissioned an upgrade from their legacy COROS LS-B to WinCC v6.2.  Both HMIs ran concurrently to avoid any shutdown in production.  The open system now allows easier expansion as needed.

Customer: Siemens Ltd, Saudi Arabia

End User: Saudi Cement Company, Hofuf Plant, Saudi Arabia

More precise SCADA for Oil/Gas Pipeline:

ZeroTech provided consulting engineering and support for upgrading the SCADA for the 1500 km East-West Pipeline in Saudi Arabia.  Involves 12 pump stations and one master SCADA station. Standardized routines and automation of engineering processes enabled ZeroTech to meet unusually tight schedules without compromising quality.

Customer: Arabia Electric Ltd, Saudi Arabia

End User: Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia

System Controls for New Power Boiler:  Paper Plant

For a new steam power boiler, Zerotech engineers devised the system controls using a Siemens PCS7 Control system along with SIPAPAER library. Zerotech was able to dramatically reduce engineering time through the use of typicals and IEA, allowing the customer to commission the boiler in record time.

Customer: Nicklas & Partners, Germany

End User: MD Albbruck

Fault-tolerant Visualization System for Cement Plant

When the client wanted to upgrade their HMI to a new WinCC system, ZeroTech provided engineering for migrating 11 PLCs controlling the power plant, using the existing network.  Redundancy provided the fault-tolerance required.  Zerotech also fully trained all plant personnel on the new WinCC software.

Customer: Siemens Ltd, Saudi Arabia

End User: Yanbu Cement, Saudi Arabia

Two-Grade Gasoline Upgrade

To upgrade an old Terminal Management System to a new CS7 SCADA system, ZeroTech provided engineering and commissioning of eleven facilities with a in record cutover time of 6 to 8 hours.

Customer: Siemens Ltd, Saudi Arabia

End User: Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia
